Description
For best results, lightly grind all edges of the glass to help the copper foil tape stick. Apply the tape evenly around the glass with an overlap of roughly 1 cm (0.5 inches). Firmly press down (we use a wooden chopstick from the takeout Chinese restaurant) and then solder. We recommend using K grade solder when using copper foil as the solder flows better from the soldering iron due to the higher tin content.
Store unused copper foil in a sealed plastic bag at room temperature in a dark and dry place.
